This 3-day classroom course details seismic nonlinear structural analyses, input data and softwares used in oil and gas industry.

The course details input data, standard requirements and how to perform member seismic structural analyses the subjects covered include:
– Fundamental Knowledge of Seismic (Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis, Abnormal Level Events etc.)
– Fundamental Concepts of Seismic nonlinear structural analyses
– Requirements of seismic resistance for offshore structures in international standards (API, ISO, DNV etc.)
– Dynamics of Structure by Using USFOS
– Seismic nonlinear structural analysis – USFOS software
– Fracture Criteria in Seismic Analyses
– Performing seismic structural analyses by automation of USFOS via the dedicated VBA tools
– Getting output and processing result of USFOS analyses via the dedicated VBA tools
Training Duration: 3 working days
Trainer: Nguyen Thanh Binh (Master of Engineering) who have long-service for DNV specialized in offshore structure discipline. He had experiences in both training and project execution for seismic nonlinear analyses of offshore structures.
Training Fee: TBA (minimum 7 pax for a training course). The price is lumpsum that includes all TAX and necessary training room facilities in a 4-star hotel in Vung Tau city.
