Training Course Title: Fatigue Analyses for Free Span of Submarine Pipelines Accordance with International Standard DNV-RP-F105
Course Objective:
The course is designed to assess exceeded free spans found in ROV campaigns. Because the exceeded free spans can cause pipeline to be ruptured by fatigue failure, the technical assessments be carried out to determine whether a free span shall be rectified.
The objective of course is to provide comprehensive knowledge, project experience and analysis tools for trainee about free span analyses (analysis levels from 1 to 3) in accordance with latest DNV-RP-F105.
Trainee will get a completion certificate upon passing all requirements of the training course.
Course Features:
Wave and Current Effects on Pipeline: Vortex Shedding (Vortex Induced Vibrations), Direct Wave Forces
Experimental exercises and researches in DNV Hovik laboratory
Process of long-term metocean data for fatigue assessments
Input data for for fatigue assessments
Onset Free Span Assessments
